Who we are

Sports Analytics Consulting is an independent consultancy run by Nedim Yel, PhD. This policy covers sportsanalyticsconsulting.com.

What we collect

• What you submit. Your email address, and if you choose to give them, your role and a note about what you want to measure.
• Where you came from. When you submit the form, we also record the first page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any utm_ campaign tags in the link. This is held in your browser's session storage for that tab only and is sent only when you submit the form. We do not use cookies and we do not build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use your email address to send the Sample Size Brief and to announce free tools, and we use your note to reply to you. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who handles it

Form submissions are stored in Resend, our email service. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs such as IP addresses. These providers act on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To ask us to delete your information, use the form on the home page and say so in the note.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
